Working steel pipe

Seamless steel pipe has the characteristics of high strength and strong bearing capacity, which is suitable for conveying high pressure media; The production efficiency of straight steel pipe is high, the cost is relatively low, and it can be used in some occasions where the pressure requirements are not extremely high. For example, in the general district heating network, if the pressure is not particularly high, the straight steel pipe can meet the requirements.
Insulating layer
The main materials of insulation layer are polyurethane foam, rock wool, aluminum silicate fiber and so on. Polyurethane foam is an efficient insulation material, its thermal conductivity is very low, generally around 0.022-0.027 W/(m · K), can effectively prevent the transfer of heat. And it has a good closed cell structure, waterproof performance is also good. Rock wool insulation material is a kind of inorganic fiber material, high temperature resistance is outstanding, can maintain stable thermal insulation performance in a high temperature environment of about 800 ° C, while it also has fire, sound absorption and other characteristics, suitable for occasions with high fire protection requirements. Aluminum silicate fiber is also a kind of high temperature insulation material, its use temperature can reach more than 1000℃, good chemical stability, is widely used in high temperature medium conveying thermal insulation steel pipe.
Outer protection tube
The outer protective pipe mainly plays the role of protecting the insulation layer and working steel pipe, generally using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or glass steel. High-density polyethylene outer protective pipe has good corrosion resistance, impact resistance and waterproof performance, and its installation is more convenient, can be welded or hot melt connection. FRP outer protective pipe has the advantages of high strength, light weight, aging resistance, etc. It has a long service life and can adapt to complex environmental conditions.
